**Responsibilities**:

- Answer all phone calls from customers and take messages.
- Direct guests to proper location.
- Greet customers and guests while they are checking in and out.
- Provide information to guests.
- Answer any questions that guests may have regarding the hotel.

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
