**Salary: Up to £30,000**

**The role**:
As the potting supervisor, you will be looking after multiple lines in the potting nursery ensuring that the teams are reaching targets whilst maintaining health and safety standards and suitable practice methods.

Your role will have you working closely with the shift managers learning from them and working on new methods to improve daily performance.

You will also be responsible for ensuring that all tools and equipment are kept clean and used safely.

**What you'll need**:
For this role production line experience is essential, preferably within a Horticultural environment.

You'll need previous experience leading a team and the skills that come with this such as an Ability to drive your team to exceed targets and a strong ability to develop your team so that they can perform at the highest of standards.
