**About the Team**
Air Products implemented their own in-house Talent Acquisition team a few years ago. Since then, it has grown to more than 20 members across Europe. Everyone brings their own flavour to the team, but we all strive towards the same objective which is: providing best in class recruitment services and supporting Air Products in maintaining and growing the overall diverse workforce
- **As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will**
- Coordinate all day-to-day recruitment activity cross Europe.
- Manage all incoming work and distribute it effectively between members of the team.
- Manage stakeholders through the process of submitting new requirements to the team and establish as a central point of contact for the European team.
- Take the role of the Systems and Process Champion for the Talent Acquisition function.
- Suggest Continuous Improvement and areas of improvement to the Talent Acquisition Leadership Team and take a proactive approach to leading tasks and initiatives.
- Be responsible for regular and insightful reporting across the European region weekly and be able to respond with agility to requests from the business or Talent Acquisition leaders for ad-hoc reports on areas of regional activities.
- Play a key role in the onboarding activities for new members of the team.
- Manage the filling system of the Talent Acquisition related documents, reference guides and information for the reference of the entire European Talent Acquisition team.
- Step into the volume and graduate recruitment as part of your potential career development.
- Work with Excel to a great extent.
**As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you already are or have**
- Some HR or recruitment knowledge either from an inhouse or agency setting,
- Competent in Excel and all Microsoft packages,
- Experience in producing excel generated reports,
- Previous experience with ATS,
- Stakeholder management experience,
- Previous coordinator or office management experience,
- Team orientated,
- Can-do, see-it-fix it attitude,
- Proactive,
- Self-starter,
- Ability to work remotely, but collaboratively,
- Ability to guide and coach team members,
- Highly compliant,
- Excellent IT (Excel skills),
- Highly organized,
- Additional languages (i.e. French, Dutch, Spanish, Czech, Hungarian etc) would be advantageous,
- High standard of written and spoken English is essential,
- Looks for ways to optimise Speed and Simplicity,
- Ability to challenge effectively and appropriately, members or the team or stakeholders,
- Strong communicator,
