**Role** - RENTAL OPERATOR

**Reporting to** - Branch Manger

A successful and progressive independent vehicle hire company now has three branches in the county of Buckinghamshire. As the branch assistant for one of our branches you will be representing our company. You will be responsible for upholding our good reputation and giving excellent customer service.

You will be responsible for sales performance and general day to day operations.

With the power to make pricing and operational decisions you will play a key role in the growth of our brand.

**MAIN DUTIES - BRANCH ASSISTANT**

You will be required to:

- Manage vehicle rental operations including handing administration, rental agreements and vehicle handovers/returns
- Oversee a valeter’s duties
- Quoting, advising and liaising with customers
- Invoicing and taking payments from customers.
- Vehicle Preparation and Valeting
- General premises management including cleaning and advising of any problems
- Ordering of stationery and valeting supplies
- Maintain customer relations

**KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE - RENTAL OPERATOR**
- Some experience in Vehicle Hire or a similar business is desirable but not essential
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- A Team Player
- Good communications skills
- Computer Literate
- Capable of using initiative and responding flexibly to changing conditions
- Good marketing and presentation skills to represent the company to prospective customers
- Vigilant with good attention to detail
- Clean Driving Licence

**Salary**: £25,750.00 per year
