As Assistant Principal, you will have overall responsibility for strategic leadership of Student Experience and Support services within the college. You will work collaboratively with stakeholders to develop and deliver the College’s student experience, student voice, pastoral care, safeguarding, EDI, student support and disciplinary, complaints and careers strategies across college.

In this role you will be required to:

- Undertake the role of Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL)
- Undertake the overall role of Careers Lead
- Lead the Student Experience and Support services ensuring comprehensive services for student including information, advice and guidance, careers, health and wellbeing, funding and financial support, student voice, student experience, welcome and induction, safeguarding and central tutorial and student development.
- Lead the learning and care support function ensuring all students with SEND or medical conditions are effectively supported so that they achieve their goals.
- Lead on Behaviour and Personal Development across the curriculum ensuring the SAR reflects the quality of student experience.
- Lead on equality, diversity and inclusion.
- Lead and drive forward a continuous improvement culture which supports the development of outstanding teaching learning & assessment across the College
