Property Inspector

We have an opening for a Property Inspector to assist with the organisation and management of our company's numerous properties.

The role is essentially looking after a portfolio of properties and ensuring they are kept in an acceptable standard for both the landlord and the tenant.

You will need to inspect properties on a regular basis and report back to the landlord with reports and pictures of the property highlighting any potential issues or concerns.

Tenants will raise faults which could be a broken down washing machine to major leaks. These will need to be addressed with the landlord, quoted for and repaired in a timely fashion working and communicating with tenants, landlords and contractors.

You will be working in part of a small team reporting to a portfolio manager and also assisting with negotaiting lease extensions or increases.

- Property Management: 1 year (preferred)
