**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the setup and operation of cranes on construction sites.
- Signal crane operators to ensure safe lifting and moving of materials.
- Attach and detach loads using appropriate slinging techniques.
- Work closely with the crane team to maintain safety and efficiency.
- Perform other duties as directed by the site supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- **Valid CPCS or NPORS Slinger/Signaller certification.**:

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not essential.
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliability and punctuality.
