**Supervising Social Worker**

**Location**: Sittingbourne, Kent

**Salary**: £30,000 - £36,000 per annum

Our client is a small, friendly, family-owned independent Fostering Agency established for over 20 years in Sittingbourne, Kent, with their carers all within a 10-mile radius of the office.

The Agency are committed to providing the best outcomes for young people and carers, with their average placement being 3 years and 8 months and their foster carers have been with them for an average 9 years. They continue to be proud of the fact that theiryoung people remain happy and settled with their foster carers.

**The Role**

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Carry a caseload of Foster Carers.
- Attending and recording meetings.
- Undertaking out of hours on a rota basis.

**Criteria**:

- Degree in Social Work/DipSW/CQSW.
- HCPC Registered.
- Full driving licence.
