**Responsibilities**:
As an independent tutor working within our network, you will have the rewarding role of providing one-on-one tutoring sessions to students with varying learning needs. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Conducting personalised tutoring sessions aligned with each student's learning goals.
- Creating a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Assessing student progress and adapting your teaching methods as necessary.
- Offering constructive feedback and guidance to students and their families.
- Collaborating with our network to enhance the overall educational experience.
- Maintaining accurate records of tutoring sessions and student performance.
