About the job

We are looking for our 5th member of staff to join us At this early stage, it is important you are:

- Someone who enjoys working well in a small team
- Adaptable, able to take the initiative, and happy to suggest and implement change
- Caring, hard working, and interested in helping people get a home.

As a mortgage administrator, you will work with qualified mortgage advisors, customers, lenders and others involved in the house-buying process. You will:

- Support our mortgage advisor(s)
- Contact customers directly
- Collect and organise confidential personal information
- Upload information into in-house and external systems
- Research mortgage criteria for customers
- Review and update processes
- General office administration and other tasks as the role requires.

About you

- Strong attention to detail & record keeping skills
- Able to get on with all sorts of people
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Great time management and ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Good with MS Office and confident to use a range of lender specific IT systems.
- Experience in a similar role would be an advantage
- Ability to work 9:30-3pm Monday & Tuesday in central Bristol

- £29,000 pro-rata, plus bonus & profit-share:

- Basic salary of £24,720 for a 32 hour week.
- Up to 6% annual bonus
- 1 year after probation, a 2% share in the company (while you stay working for us)
- Up to 10% company contribution to pension and payroll giving schemes

- We are happy to support and encourage you to become a paraplanner, trainee advisor and fully CeMAP qualified advisor if you show the right attitude and aptitude.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£30,600.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 32 per week
