Working closely with our Head Housekeeper and other Housekeeping Team leaders you will be responsible for the smooth running of the housekeeping team. Working with a large diverse and multi skilled team, you will ensure all our guests enjoy the highest quality stay in a perfectly kept apartment.

With a strong sense of awareness of timings and standards you will ensure every apartment is prepared for our guests’ arrival, being an integral part of their customer journey ensuring we live up to our company vision and mission:

What skills will you need
- Experience of leading a team in a similar role
- Can create an environment where the team is able to grow and develop.
- Employee training experience.
- Effective communicator with the ability to clearly articulate ideas.
- Interpersonal skills and ability to resolve conflict.
- Excellent listening skills.
- Working knowledge of operating household cleaning equipment and best practices.

**Salary**: From £11.62 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme
- Loyalty bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Liverpool City Centre, Merseyside: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- housekeeping/team leadereship: 1 year (preferred)
