**What We Need From You?**
- Ideally already have relevant site related experience or an NVQ Level 2 Building Maintenance, Multi-trade Repair and Refurbishment Operations or similar qualification
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written with tenants and customers
- Good computer skills including Microsoft Office Software
- Full clean driving licence

**Responsibilities and duties**:

- Carry out instructions given by the Senior Management team, whilst maintaining a high level of productivity
- Driving vehicles and operating equipment required for the task
- Updating work orders daily and following administrative procedures as directed
- Responsible for maintaining H&S ensuring adherence to safe working practice and environmental procedures
- Keeping vehicles and equipment clean and in working order, reporting any defects
- Completing timesheets, claim forms and statutory checks as required
- Communication with tenants, customers and members of the public in a polite manner with an emphasis on customer care

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
