We are looking for a Multi Skilled Operative to carry out maintenance and improvements to our properties and to deliver a high-quality repairs service whilst maintaining our homes to the highest standard. Previous experience in a repairs or maintenance role is essential and you will also need a broad knowledge and practical experience of all aspects of building maintenance and repairs including general plumbing, carpentry, tiling and patch plastering.

This is a demanding and challenging customer service delivery role, and you should enjoy working under your own initiative and managing a busy workload, whilst also being a team player with great customer service and communication skills.

If you are interested in working with us to deliver exceptional services to our tenants, then in addition to a good salary, you could also benefit from the following:

- **HOLIDAYS** - 24 days annual leave, increasing to 28 days, and bank holidays
