Our accountancy firm in Preston is seeking a skilled and dedicated bookkeeper to join our team. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records for our clients and keeping their accounts in order.

**We are looking for someone with**:

- A proven track record in bookkeeping
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks)

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Recording financial transactions and reconciling accounts
- Preparing VAT returns and other financial reports
- Communicating with clients and answering their queries
- Ensuring financial records comply with legal and regulatory requirements
