**Title: Customer Service Administrator**
**Location**:Swindon (Greenbridge)
Hours of work: Monday to Thursday 7.30am - 4.15pm, Friday 7.30am - 3.15pm
**Reporting to**:Head of Customer Services
**Package**:Up to £21,500 depending on experience, Company Pension (5.5%), 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, online discount platform for retailers.

**Who are we**:
**Torin - Sifan Ltd,** part of **Volution Group plc,** designs and manufactures highly efficient AC and EC motors, motorised impellers, and fans for the residential and commercial HVAC manufacturing markets worldwide.

**Role profile**:
Working as part of a small team, you will be supporting our customers with commercial queries and orders relating to our fan units.

You will provide information relating to open orders, new order processing, delivery status of orders, and issue management; essentially taking full ownership of the end to end process and managing customer expectations.

You will provide outstanding levels of service that will contribute to Torin-Sifan’s reputation, ensure customer retention, and support sales growth.

**As a Customer Service Administrator, your responsibilities will include**:

- Manage the order implementation, acknowledgement & processing function.
- Manage the Customer Order Book and forecasting process.
- Administer the faulty returns register by raising the required paperwork and following the process through to final completion.
- Work closely with Production, to plan and action customer product sample requests.
- Support the team members in the provision of data, information and general administrative duties as requested.
- Control and report upon agreed Customer stocking levels and supply lead time data.
- Liaise closely with all departments to progress jobs through to ensure the timely supply of customer orders. Including Production, Sales, Planners, Despatch, and Logistics.
- Review and follow-up assigned web enquiries in line with process.
- Update of customer price lists.
- Maintain relevant information on the company’s internal system.
