The Member Services Lead is clearly focused on the Customer Journey of the Member. Ensuring the highest quality & standards are delivered. Supporting the generation of new Members & retaining existing Members. You are the key support for day-to-day operational matters, your ultimate goal is to ensure a safe, positive & enjoyable experience for our Members and 2-Work Team.

**The top qualities we are looking for in a Member Services Lead.**

**1) People Skills**

Most members join coworking spaces because of community and good people. Our team members will make sure these prospective members (or existing members) feel comfortable and welcome - whether it is an event idea, issue, or suggestion, members want to be heard. Creativity is key

**2) Accountability**

Someone who stays on top of standards, the environment, member changes, and pending issues are key to showing the value you bring to your community. The individuals we look for need to be intuitive, hardworking, and not above any job.

**3) Authenticity**

A good networker who integrates shared interests into discussions with members and by doing so identifies community-building initiatives. Someone who can demonstrate common connections, build relationships, and foster a strong network within our space.

**4) Curiosity**

An individual who follows shows a keen interest and lets our members know that we care and that we are here to support.

**5) Enthusiasm**

A creative, forward thinking, consultative person who believes whole-heartedly in our space, community and offering to our network of members

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
