**Client Details**

The client is looking for a hard working individual who is able analyse and interpret data who can can then give pro's and cons on the processes in place.

**Description**
- Provide monthly reporting to the Land Product Managers relating to each chain's commission payment performance
- Contact business' to support activity to collect outstanding commission
- Audit hotel responses for accuracy
- Set up processes to ensure financial controls remain in place for commission collection

Develop and maintain reporting processes and systems which allow businesses to report and track commission earnings
- Work with Finance to ensure successful distribution of all commission to the correct consultants and teams
- Report on unallocated commission collected per brand
- Provide support to the front end businesses on general commission queries
- Ad hoc reporting on commission payments relating to teams or customers
- Investigate missing commission and follow up queries relating to payments
- Support the collection of group commission

- Ability to communicate with hotels and influence them to improve their commission payment processes
- Persistence in challenging business decisions and processes
- Demonstrated ability in developing and implementing business processes
- Demonstrated ability to support strategic decision making and market awareness
- Demonstrated ability to work with the business to achieve business goals
- Intermediate excel skills
