While this role offers a breath of variety the successful Solderer will:

- Solder by hand to a very high standard
- Keep work stations clean, safe and tidy at all times
- Read and interpret drawings, diagrams and bills of materials
- Follow all company and legislative procedures

We are interested in connecting with established Solderers, who have:

- Through hole soldering experience
- Basic computer skills
- A positive and proactive attitude to work
- Competent numeracy and literacy skills

In return for their loyalty the Solderer will be offered:

- A salary of £21-£22k
- Mon-Thu 07:45am-16:15pm and Fri 07:45am-12:45pm
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
- On site free parking
- Ad-hoc team events
- An annual attendance bonus
- Easily accessible by public transport
