We are looking for TWO part-time receptionists.
About the role:
You will be an integral part of a great team and the initial friendly face of the business providing a warm welcome to all.
- Welcome and direct delegates and visitors
- Respond to and direct calls and/or take messages then follow up accordingly
- Providing administrative support across the business

What we’ll need from you:

- Previous reception and administration experience
- A genuinely friendly and positive approach
- Be able to demonstrate a high level of professionalism and customer focus
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Good knowledge of MS Teams
- Good working knowledge of other MS packages inc. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
