**What will you be doing day to day?**

As an Assistant Deputy Manager you’ll drive exceptionally high standards in line with our Wildly Important Goals (WIG), partnering with your Nursery Manager to lead and deliver Outstanding education, brilliant customer service and build a successful team. These goals define our difference and you’ll match our belief in making dreams become reality. For every child, every team member and yourself.

This role will be based at **N Harborne, Birmingham. This nursery has grown so much in the last year it is now looking for new team members to join their growing family**

**What can we offer you?**
- £26,000 - £27,000 per annum
- A performance related bonus of up to £1,750 per year
