**Existing Customer Account Manager**

This is a fantastic opportunity for sales professionals who have done the hard sell and business development and now wanting to dive into managing relationships with existing customers.

Working closely with the Director, you will be building and creating rapport with a wide range of customers all over the UK, Europe, and America. To ensure that they are nurtured, listened to and new orders placed are accurate and within the timeframes.

This is a niche business and technical knowledge is desired however, not a necessity as all training will be given.

The Director is looking for likeminded and enthusiastic individuals who want to build a career and develop and grow with the business for many more years to come

You will need to meet customers coming to site for demonstrations but also there is further travel required to meet with suppliers and customers; UK based and Europe. All expenses paid.

Based in Severalls Business Park in Colchester, this business has public transport and close to the A12. Free parking onsite.

**Duties include but aren't limited to**:

- Customer inbound and outbound calls
- Customer service
- Client research
- Manage the customer base, reaching out to existing clients throughout the year
- Generating business proposals to suit each individual customer
- Processing of orders
- Client meetings face to face and virtual
- Answer technical questions
- Support the customer with their orders
- Record all information onto the CRM system
- Working closely with other departments
- All administration that goes alongside this role

**Skills**:

- European language skills are an advantage but not a necessity
- Previous sales experience
- Good listener
- Able to build relationships
- Good communicator both on the phone and in a face-to-face position
- Good punctuation and grammar with a keen eye for detail

- 5pm

£24,000+ depending on experience
