Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
Systems Engineering
- Requirements and Use Case analysis
- Concept assessment and design trade studies
- System architecture design and functional modelling
- Performance assessment and systems behaviour analysis
- Verification, Validation and Certification
- Experience in designing, structuring and writing requirement sets and their associated acceptance criteria.
- Experience in creating and maintaining the requirements database, development of the Supplier requirements and their traceability to the customer requirement.
- Experience in leading the acceptance process to demonstrate the customer requirement has been met.
- Provides help and direction to less experienced team members to support both their effective working, and their development. Providing coaching and assistance as needed.
- Work closely with others in multi-disciplinary teams performing system definition activities.
- Plan, deliver and monitor the systems engineering scope of work within a project.
- Manage the technical interface with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Ideally degree qualified but HND/HNC level qualification in an engineering discipline with extensive experience in relevant field will be considered;
- Be a member of a relevant institution, and hold Chartered status

**Experience**:
Project and Programmes Experience desirable
- Defence Sector Highly desirable
- Fleet Operations desirable
- Modifications and configuration management

- Either already UK Security cleared or able for achieve UK SC clearance
