The role of Administrative Assistant is to undertake routine administration tasks and to provide support to key members of staff as well as to assist with the company's business operations to ensure the smooth running of the Company.

Main duties:

- General administration duties to include drafting and amending letters, contracts and family tree reports, invoicing using Quickbooks, obtaining certificates, filing and case management.
- Processing orders on our bespoke Will finding software, maintaining caseload spreadsheets, keeping to deadlines.
- Cross selling of Wills and Probate leads where possible.
- Contacting clients to obtain further information of their matter, specifically regarding probate and heir tracing, whilst having a good understanding of the intestacy rules.
- Liaising with clients, solicitors and will writing companies in a professional and polite manner.
- Answering the Telephone.
- Data Input.
- Banking cheques.
- Shredding confidential waste.
- Social Media Marketing via LinkedIn and other platforms.

Other duties as requested by office staff
