Staff365 are recruiting for an experienced HSE Advisor on a permanent basis for our client located in Doncaster.
**Hours of work**: 08:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday
**Salary**: £35,000 - £40,000 (DoE)
**Duties will include but not limited to**:
Ensure compliance with all relevant Statutory Regulations, and maintain an up-to-date awareness of future legislation advising the business on any impact.
Carry out COSHH Risk Assessments
Carry out Fire Risk Assessments
Ensure company compliance with regard to the CE marking of equipment.
Prepare, maintain and implement all safe-working procedures
Ensure that all Environmental and Health and Safety training and development needs are identified and continually carried out.
Carry out Accident Investigations
Carry out regular Health & Safety workshop Inspections, monitoring completion of open actions.
Maintain and update the Health and Safety Training Matrix.
Monitor Health & Safety performance within the organisation against KPI’s and targets.
Maintain and update the Environment (ISO 14000) and Health and Safety (ISO 45001) Management Systems
Establish and maintain working procedures for normal, abnormal and emergency Environmental situations
Attend and contribute to monthly EHS Meetings
Skills and requirements
GCSE Maths (or equivalent)
NEBOSH qualified or other relevant qualification
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
Health & Safety experience
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work well within a team
Good time management skills
Adaptability/Flexibility
Experience of manufacturing/Logistics industry (Desirable)
Knowledge of ISO Management Systems (Desirable)
Full driving licence and own transport
