**The Role**

We have an exciting full time opportunity for a highly motivated **Showroom / Trade Counter Supervisor** to join our **Ceramic Tile Distributors (CTD)** brand, based in **Kings Norton**.

You will help develop sales and maximise branch profitability through building successful working relationships with internal and external customers. Over-seeing and ensuring the showroom operates in a professional and safe manner. Guide your team to achieveall showroom targets.

**Day to Day Duties and Responsibilities**
- Assisting Department Manager lead your team to Achieve showroom targets including; sales, gross margin, profit.
- Customer service standards are maintained and monitored.
- Developing and motivating the showroom team to deliver results.
- Monitor local competition to access own performance, whilst Building client portfolio
- Coordinate promotional activity.
- Ensure compliance and implementation of health and safety directives.
- Ensuring product knowledge is up to date and cascaded to showroom team.
- Showroom / Trade Counter housekeeping standards.
- Introduce a local Marketing strategy for the showroom / trade counter
- Resolving and showroom / Trade Counter escalations in a timely and professional manner.

**What are we looking for?**
- Previous management experience, great leadership skills.
- Excellent customer service/sales skills
- Able to demonstrate a strong sales focus. ability to develop strong customer relationships
- Outstanding Organisational & Communication Skills
- Good commercial awareness.
- Previous experience within a merchant or retail sales environment desirable.
- Full driving license an advantage
- IT literate (MS Office)
