Early Years Practitioner

Carols Kidz care are looking for a qualified early years practitioner to join our setting.

We offer flexible and fixed childcare from birth to 11 years of age, as well as providing early years education for children age from birth to 5 years, in line with EYFS.

We are open Monday to Friday between the hours of 7am and 6pm, 51 weeks of the year.

We are seeking a level 2 or 3 nursery practitioner to provide high quality childcare and learning opportunities. The position is for a minimum of 20 - 30 hours per week: full-time and part times positions available. Shifts will vary week to week as we offer flexible childcare.

Applicants must:

- Hold a relevant level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare
- Have a working knowledge of the EYFS curriculum, OFSTED requirements, safeguarding and child protection.
- Be flexible to work various shifts between the hours of 7am and 6pm.

Applicants ideally should:

- Have at least 2 years’ experience working within an early years’ setting,
- Have a DBS registered on the update service
- Have full paediatric first aid, food hygiene and safeguarding training
