Duties:

- Supervise and lead our teams of Police Accredited Traffic Officers (PATOs) to manage traffic at major events and the local community
- Plan & supervise our Police Accredited Traffic Officers (PATOs) Motorcyclists who deploy at major events and on abnormal load movements
- Ensure all PATOs hold appropriate vetting and training
- Respond to emergency situations
- Serve as a liaison between the police service and our company.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance PATOs skills and knowledge.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 1 years of experience as a Police Officer (Sergeant, Inspector of Chief Inspector)
- Proven leadership skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of UK legislation structure
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Please note that this position requires a valid UK driver's license and successful completion of vetting.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Towcester, NN12 6BY: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
