- GI Pro are working in partnership with an aerospace company, based in Thurmaston, who are one of the world’s largest manufactures of nuts, bolts and fasteners. Their products are being used worldwide in airframe, aero-engine and space for companies such as Airbus and Rolls Royce. Due to an increase in workload they are looking for machine operator to join their team.

days Monday to Thursday: 07:30-16:00
- Friday: 07:30 - 13:00
- Potential for flexible working- Booking in deliveries with our customers, arranging dates and times.
- Work with operations team to ensure deliveries arrive as agreed.
- Check all goods have been received on delivery and check delivery notes have been signed
- Ensure all deliveries are invoiced in a timely manner.
- Dealing with inbound and out bound calls
- Working as part of the team to cover various administration
- other duties in the area may be required.
- Administration experience
- Proficient in Microsoft and various systems/ software
- Shipping software experienced desirable
- Good Telephone manner essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Well organised and able to prioritise workload.
- Manage time effectively and work to deadlines
- Working with customers & suppliers
