Support and assist in office administration on a day to day basis as workload determines, reacting to changes in priorities as service dictates. Clear verbal and written communication to ensure information is clearly passed to service users and staff Supporting the administration team and managers in completing daily tasks, liaising closely with staff, service users and the general public. Be courteous with service users, service providers and the general public treating them with dignity and respect. To undertake duties such as photocopying, binding, post, laminating and sending faxes when required.

Attend college as programme outlines Maintain and improving your skills through continued professional development and a structured personal and professional development plan agreed with your manager/L&D. Use of basic computer packages - Word and Excel for production of letters, memos, faxes, also PowerPoint & Publisher desirable. To take telephone message for persons within department/site when required. The post holder will need to develop good relationships with other administrative staff and will play a key role in assisting and providing support to all persons within the department/site.

Assist in monitoring health and safety in the working environment and report any concerns to senior staff
