**Your new role at NewDay**
An exciting opportunity to work for a dynamic innovative speciality finance company looking to move into Platform Technology Services (“NewTech”), this role is part of a small, highly skilled team that partners with stakeholders across finance and the wider business including the Executive Committee, Senior Leadership Team, Commercial, Finance & Operations teams.
-Senior Finance business partner to the Platform CEO & SLT
Managing a highly skilled team of Finance business partners
Owning the NewTech Commercial Pricing models
Key Finance support for NewTech business development RFPs
Producing and presenting insightful reporting and analytics
Key partner to Deko platform services business
Own the annual budgeting process, monthly / weekly forecasting and monitoring performance for Platform Services
Ensuring compliance with the Financial Control Framework

**What you'll bring**

**We need knowledge, experience +expertise in**:

Leading in an FP&A or Partnering role, working with functional and commercial teams to achieve results.
Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to write and present information in a clear and concise fashion to senior management.
Excel, with experience building financial forecasting models in Excel, using a logical and analytical approach.
Generating commercial insight from raw data.
A highly numerical discipline such as PPE, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Engineering or similar.

**And would love you to know or learn**:

Financial Services with some experience in commercialising Technology
Experience supporting PaaS / SaaS / Operations areas
Working knowledge of credit cards or unsecured consumer lending
Accountancy or equivalent professional qualifications
