DESCRIPTION
NJR Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a growing client in their recruitment of a Commercial Underwriter to join their team in Manchester City Centre.
You will be working for a company who are all about providing a high-level of service to their clients and have a fantastic company culture, making them a great business to work for.
They are looking for somebody with personality, a hard-working attitude, ambition, drive and determination, with excellent communication and relationship building skills.
As a Commercial Underwriter, you will be responsible for providing a quality underwriting service, helping the Company to continue developing portfolios of profitable Commercial Lines business.
You will work closely with the team in targeting and developing strong regional broker relationships, maximising the business opportunities that can come from this.
You will also get involved in the strategic underwriting review on account performance and assist in developing appropriate action plans.
As well as the personal qualities mentioned, you will also need to have prior experience in a Commercial Underwriting position.
