X328 Semh Lecturer

**Gloucestershire College is recruiting Lecturer to join their ‘Quayside Centre’ based at Alexandra Warehouse in Gloucester. Within this role, you will teach a variety of learners of which some may have anxiety, SEND needs, mental health support needs or have missed large amounts of education due to hospitalisation.**

**The purpose of this role**
**is to create individualised learning opportunities focused on the learner’s destination. This will include liaison with other vocational departments to organise individual transition and project-based activities, as well as supporting learners to gain greater independence and employability skills through links with employers and community-based initiatives. Within the lecturer role, you will lead on the maths curriculum, teaching several functional skills classes a week**.
