Trainee Valuer

We are currently recruiting for a Trainee Sales Valuer to join our expending group.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven person who is looking to join a forward thinking company with great values.

Previous experience in a similar estate agency role is essential.

**Salary**: £22,000 per year plus commission and Company Car

Main Duties:

- Provide accurate market valuations based on market data and knowledge of the area
- Support and guide customers through their journey and strive to give fantastic customer service.
- Taking and preparing marketing details and file compliance
- Business development and prospecting
- Conducting viewings of properties with prospective buyers
- Capture opportunities such as Mortgage and Solicitor referrals- Be articulate and possess excellent communication and sales skills
- Be able to generate new business and exploit new markets effectively
- Always be punctual and manage time effectively
- Possess a polite and professional telephone manner
- Pay attention to detail
- Display excellent customer service skills
- Have a professional and positive attitude
- Work well as part of a team
- Be computer literate

**Salary**: From £22,000.00 per year
