IT Technician

**VIP & PIP Support // IT Support // IT Technician // Support Engineer // Nottingham // 12 Month Contract // £18-22/hour Umbrella**

**REED Technology are working with a client in Nottingham who have a longer term contract opportunity available for a VIP & PIP Support Analyst. This role will require someone with good communication skills to provide remote and face to face supportto users technical incidents and requests for service and request for change.**

The role with cover two key areas;
**VIP Support** which is tailored to support the VIP users and restore ‘normal service’ to the users as quickly as possible.
**Pop in Point** which is to provide face to face route in to ICT support, with hands-on and immediate response to users issues and queries.
Both of these areas will include support in;**:

- Fixing technical faults**:

- Fulfilling a request**:

- Answering a query**:

- Providing support in using the provided technologies**

Skills/Experience required;
ICT literate
A degree or qualification in an ICT
Understanding basic troubleshooting

The client will require someone with their own vehicle and clean driving licence as this role will be based across multiple sites. There will also be a some working from home opportunities on a rota basis.
