We are looking for people with excellent customer service skills to join our lovely client based in North Bristol. You will enjoy going above and beyond for your customer, be computer literate with a great sense of humour.

You will enjoy working in a close-knit team where full training will be provided.

Your duties will include:

- Talking to engineers and resolving problems
- Receiving inbound calls from third parties
- Ensuring all compliance documentation is recorded correctly

Please note if you are successful a 5 year employment/education background check will be required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £26,500.00 per year

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- Night shift
