Job Title: Senior Front-End Engineer

**Salary**: £55,000 - £65,000

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with other engineers, product, and design teams to create a user-friendly experience.
- Analyze, debug and optimize UI components.
- Monitor and troubleshoot performance issues.
- Ensure code is compliant with current standards and best practices.
- Develop automated tests and perform manual testing.
- Research and evaluate the best technologies for the job.
- Participate in code reviews and design meetings.

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of experience in Front-End development.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Proficiency in React, minimum of 2 years.
- Microservices (desired but not essential).
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
