Job Description:
We are looking for an Internal Sales Representative to be responsible for processing orders, following generated leads, and producing sales over the phone.
Responsibilities include contacting existing and potential customers, focus on customer needs, promote products and offers, and answer any questions the customer may have. You will be the point of contact for customers, building long lasting relationships and will always strive to find the products which best fit their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and build lasting relationships to generate repeat custom
- Discuss products and initiate sales with customers over the phone
- Help determine pricing for quotes, promotions and negotiations
- Liaise with warehouse regarding stock levels
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services
- Resolve customer complaints and prevent additional issues by proposing improvements and following ISO9001
- Coordinating marketing for lead generation
- Keep up to date on all sold products and identify ordering trends

Personal Specification:

- Previous experience in sales roles and environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Creative thinking skills
- Strong sales skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Working knowledge of relevant computer software
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build strong relationships with customers
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Understanding of industry trends

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £22,000.00 per year
