**Your team**: The Activation Team is an integral part of the sales team transforming sold Commercial Partnerships deals into live radio pieces and executions across our social and digital platforms, ensuring client’s expectations of delivery are met. The team also works closely with News UK brands on joint campaigns

You will report to the Head of Activation and be part of a team of 8 people made up of Project Managers and Assistants.

**Your role**: Supported by the team, you will be responsible for assisting to deliver Commercial Partnerships campaigns for a range of clients.

**Your main duties will include**:

- Helping to script and proofread on air competition scripts and live reads
- Liaising with competition winners
- Clipping and editing audio to send to clients
- Sourcing and sending out prizes for competition winners
- Assisting on location shoots and outside broadcasts
- Helping to develop ideas for campaigns across digital, social and on air
- Compiling post campaign reports for clients to demonstrate how campaigns have performed
- Liaising with Programming, Creative and Social teams across all brands
