A permanent vacancy has arisen within the Knowsley Team for a Coach

Salary range is £20,200 up to £25,252 per annum (depending on experience)

This exciting opportunity will involve the delivery of the Knowsley contract supporting young people Not in Education, Employment or Training.

You will be working across Knowsley, with a NEET caseload of vulnerable young people providing bespoke support and information.

There is an increasing demand for activities relating to: raising aspirations, building confidence/resilience, employability, and the world of work - these will be included in the coach role in line with commissioning requirements.

We know that some people are looking for part time work/term time working arrangements. We can offer flexible working arrangements. We believe that part-time workers have a valuable contribution to make to our workforce.

**Your package**

Our permanent staff enjoy a reasonable 35h working week and we also offer flexi-time, so when we ask our staff to do extra, we always make sure they’ve got those hours to take back another time. It’s a great benefit of working for Career Connect. Full time and part time positions are available.

Coaches are paid on a salary scale from £20,200 up to £25,252 per annum and you will be reimbursed for any additional travel, beyond your main base of work.

Our holidays start at 25 days + Bank Holidays and we give up to an extra 6 days a year for staff with longer service.

You will work with great people and a growing charity committed to making a difference focussed on social mobility. You will have access to: Training, Career Progression, Birthday Leave, Perkbox, Green cycle to work scheme.
