**Kitchen Porter**:
£10.50 per hour

You will be joining a big hearted, energetic, talented team managed by our contract catering group, ‘Company of Cooks’, who will be on hand to support you from your first day and provide any training you require. Location: RHS Wisley, GU23 6QS
Working pattern: 5 out of 7, shift patterns predominately 7am - 5pm (with some evenings in light of events)
Rate of pay: £10.50 per hour

**You will be...**
- To clean and wash up all kitchen and back of house areas and service items in an efficient manner
- To ensure all crockery, cutlery and glassware are separated after being cleaned and are taken to the FOH
- To ensure the dishwashers are clean and descaled as manufacturer's standards as directed by the cleaning schedules
- To keep the kitchen clean and tidy and ensure all floors, walls, fridges and doors within the venue.
- To ensure the interior and exterior dishwashing area, delivery area, trolleys and all equipment are clean and tidy, including walls, hot and cold boxes, trolleys, grease traps, cupboards, doors and fridges
- To support the FOH Team in peak periods if necessary, for example cleaning, clearing tables and changing bins.
- Support in putting deliveries away during peak periods.
- Support in setting up for Events or Pop ups throughout the year.
- To operate heavy equipment according to manufactures instructions.
- To assist in the preparation of food as required.
