Receptionist (Seasonal)

**Contract type**: Seasonal (end of September)

**What you will be doing**:

- Physically welcome customers for boarding and return formalities and for any other request.
- Participate in the establishment of daily and weekly departure schedules according to the information provided by the Neptune reservation software. Update the Neptune database daily with additional information on each customer/cruise.
- Advise customers about their itineraries and their cruise, share tourist information. Hand out satisfaction questionnaires to customers on their return from the cruise and collect them.
- Takes part in the organisation of the reception desk and the relay between the quay and the reception.

**What we are looking for**:
**Skills, experience, knowledge, qualifications, and training**
- English proficiency +German / Dutch / French or Spanish knowledge would be a bonus
- Excellent organisational skills, ability to manage priorities in the workload and responsiveness.
- Good interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- Able to pass on information to the manager in a timely manner.
- Participate in achieving the objectives of the base and the company, be customer oriented.
