**The Role**

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our very busy Wills, Trusts & Probate Department working from the Lincoln office on a full time, permanent basis.

A background working in the Law sector is highly desirable and previous secretarial experience is essential.

**Duties**

This role will include but is not limited to:

- diary management;
- audio typing;
- travel arrangements;
- client contact;
- liaising with internal staff and external parties;
- drafting documents;
- witnessing document signatures; and
- general administration duties.

**Skills**
- have previous secretarial experience;
- are educated to GCSE levels 4-9, A to C or higher (equivalent qualifications accepted);
- have a good and accurate typing speed;
- have a positive approach to working under pressure within a busy environment and can use their initiative;
- possess strong administrative and organisational skills;
- have a good base level of IT skill; and
- have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
