**Responsibilities**:

- Planning and delivering engaging drama lessons that cater to students' varying abilities
- Organizing and overseeing school productions, plays, and performances
- Providing constructive feedback to students to help them improve their acting skills
- Collaborating with colleagues to enhance the drama curriculum

**Requirements**:

- Strong background in drama, theatre, or performing arts
- Ability to engage and motivate students in creative expression
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Previous experience working with young people in a teaching or coaching capacity is desirable
