**Aligra is currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading infrastructure and groundworks company based in Newbury. We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team.**

**As a Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the sales and operations teams, ensuring the smooth running of projects and providing excellent customer service to clients.**

**Pay**:

- £28,000 - £30,000 per annum

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare quotations for infrastructure and groundworks projects and maintain a record of all quoted works.
- Create specifications and costing for infrastructure and groundworks requirements, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with the Installations Manager and Production Manager to arrange work plans for groundworks subcontractors, including job sheets, specifications, and permits.
- Coordinate production and installation requirements, ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Conduct post-work performance analysis and cost management to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Work internally with various departments to schedule projects and allocate resources effectively.
- Maintain regular communication with clients using a range of channels, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
- Carry out site visits to determine scopes of work and assess project requirements.
- Collaborate with the production and installation departments to create pricing for tenders and quotations, ensuring competitiveness and profitability.
- Track project billing and costing, ensuring accuracy and timely invoicing.
- Prepare routine monthly reports and ad-hoc reports as required, providing insights into project performance and financials.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a sales administration role, preferably within the infrastructure or construction industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in preparing quotations, specifications, and reports.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise with clients and internal teams.
- Knowledge of the infrastructure and groundworks industry is desirable.
- Full UK driving license
- Educated to A Level or equivalent and demonstrating excellent numeracy skills
- Project management knowledge desirable
- Method statements and risk assessment implementation
