**Senior Programme Advisor, Latin America**:
**Job description**

If you are experienced in developing, managing and monitoring the delivery of conservation and/or development programmes this is an amazing opportunity to use your expertise to provide solutions to some of the greatest environmental problems facing our planet.
As **Senior Programme Advisor, **you will provide** guidance, programme management oversight and overall support** to a portfolio of international programmes in partnership with WWF offices in Latin America.
This will include identifying the technical, financial, advocacy and other resource support needs to be provided by WWF-UK. You will collaborate with colleagues to ensure adherence to** best practice principles** as well as provide risk analysis, timely reporting and robust budgeting. You will also provide input into** planning, due diligence processes and monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) frameworks**. You will help develop powerful evidence-based stories and narratives to engage our supporters, businesses, media and new audiences. A key part of the role is to **identify resource gaps, share learning and support capacity building**.
For this role, you must have considerable **experience of developing, managing and monitoring the delivery of conservation and/or development programmes** in Latin America. You must possess **good technical knowledge** on key, relevant international conservation and development issues too. You should also be familiar with the development of high-quality funding proposals and donor reports. Skilled at thinking critically, **good at influencing others** and able to work in a flexible, collaborative manner are key skills for this role. You should also have experience of working as part of a team or partnership and the **ability to build lasting relationships with stakeholders**, taking into account multi-cultural sensitivity and experiences. Regional language knowledge is also highly desirable.
