We are looking for a **hardworking Storeperson** to join our dedicated team at The Brewery on a zero-hour casual basis.

**The Brewery** is an awarding winning event venue in the heart of City of London, delivering events from the extravagant to the discreet, for hundreds of customers or for a handful. We pride ourselves on a faultless service from the moment an enquiry is made through to follow up meetings post event. We have nine rooms within The Brewery Venue and three rooms within our new Grubstreet Arthur venue and are still expanding.

As a **Storeperson **you will perform a variety of tasks which involve:

- To receive all goods according to the correct specification stated in the purchase order
- To check food prices match agreed group prices
- To ensure morning and afternoon fridge temperatures are recorded and checked
- To ensure all food is taken to the correct area of the kitchen and is approved by the chef
- To process Purchase Orders, Delivery Notes, Invoices and Credit notes according to company procedures
- To liaise with the chefs at all levels regarding food orders
- To assist and cover for Receipt and Delivery Supervisor when required
- To control the wastage of food
- To ensure that all refrigerated areas are kept clean and temperatures are maintained at correct levels and recorded in the correct manner.
