**Job Title: Receptionist at RCNQ Hair Salon**

**Location: Manchester**

Are you ready to be the welcoming face of a salon that celebrates diversity and inclusivity? RCNQ Hair Salon in Manchester is seeking a Receptionist who can be the heart of our vibrant community, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Front Desk Excellence**: Greet clients with a smile, answer calls, and provide exceptional customer service. Ensure a seamless check-in/check-out process.

**2. Cash Handling**: Responsible for cashing up, managing transactions, and maintaining financial records with accuracy.

**3. Social Media Content Creation**:Contribute to our online presence by creating engaging content for Instagram and TikTok. Share our commitment to diversity and inclusion in your posts.

**4. Appointment Management**:Schedule and reschedule appointments, ensuring an organized and efficient booking system.

**5. Client Relations**: Build strong relationships with our diverse clientele, making them feel valued and cherished.

**6. Stock Rotation and Ordering**: Monitor and manage inventory, ensuring products are well-stocked and in good condition. Place orders when necessary, and oversee stock rotation to maintain freshness and quality

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in cash handling.
- Social media savvy, with experience in content creation for Instagram and TikTok.
- An understanding of hair textures is a plus but not required.
