Here at Team Educate, we're currently in search of exceptional Teaching Assistants for schools located across Birmingham. The role is tailor-made for individuals who possess a strong desire and heartfelt dedication to nurturing the potential of learners within the classroom. Teaching Assistant roles offer lots of flexibility and versatility. We work with a range of different schools in the area and can offer you work in a setting that suits you, including Primary, Secondary and Special schools.

Our in-house team of teachers can offer you support and guidance if this is your first role in education.

**The role of a Teaching Assistant**:
As a Teaching Assistant, you'll play an integral role in providing tailored support to pupils, ensuring they receive the finest education and the tools needed for personal growth. Collaborating closely with class teachers, you'll contribute to fostering a supportive teaching environment, allowing each pupil to thrive in their lessons.

**Successful Teaching Assistants should have**:

If you have a friend who may be interested in joining us? We offer £75 for every Cover Supervisor or Teaching Assistant referral and £150 for every Supply Teacher referral (terms and conditions apply).

Pay: £86.00-£95.00 per day
