Are you passionate about food and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic Fish Fryer to come and join our vibrant food team at Catch N Fry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain fryers in a fast-paced takeaway
- Prepare and cook a variety of fried food items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Monitor oil levels and temperatures to ensure consistent food quality
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures
- Assist with meal preparation and other kitchen duties as needed

Qualifications:

- Previous experience working in a restaurant or take away environment is ESSENTIAL
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects as needed

**Salary**: From £11.00 per hour

- Cooking: 1 year (preferred)
