**Duties**
- Debt Management
- Customer Management
- Team Management
- Data Analysis and Reporting
- Prepare monthly credit performance reports.
- Monitor cash collections against targets.
- Handle credit risk by approving new accounts and credit limits.

**Qualifications, Experience & Skills**:

- Minimum 2 years' experience in credit control.
- Experience in team management and development.
- Experience in a shared service environment.
- Ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Computer literate with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
